Section 43

(1)

A trust deed, contractual agreement, prospectus or product disclosure statement as required under this Chapter may be issued in accordance with Shariah principles as approved by the Commission.

(2)

The Commission shall have the power to establish a Shariah

Advisory Committee to advise the Commission and the Registrar on the appropriate Shariah framework to be adopted and approved for the purposes of this Act.
