Section 61
(1)
The minutes of proceedings of an annual meeting, if purporting to be signed by the chairman of that meeting or by the chairman of the next annual meeting, are sufficient evidence of the proceedings at the meeting.
(2)
Where there is a record of proceedings of an annual meeting of a scheme, then, until the contrary is proved—

(a)
the meeting is deemed to be duly held and convened; and
(b)
all proceedings at the meeting are deemed to have taken place.
