Section 39
(1)
A written law conferring powers or imposing duties on the
Attorney General shall be construed as conferring those powers or imposing those duties on both the Attorney General and the Solicitor
General.
(2)
A delegation of functions to the Attorney General pursuant to a written law shall be deemed to be a delegation to both the Attorney
General and the Solicitor General.
