Section 22

Judicial notice shall be taken of every proclamation, order or regulation made or issued by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, or by the Governor or Governor in Council before Malaysia

Day, made or issued, or purporting to be made or issued, under the authority of any

Enactment.

Subsidiary legislation made by Yang di-Pertua Negeri or Minister to override others.
