Section 28C
(a)
to request, inquire, examine and inspect; or
(b)
to make copies of or take extracts from, any record, report or document from any Labuan financial institution or any corporation related to any Labuan financial institution.
(2)
Any Labuan financial institution who fails to comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
