28N. Admissibility of statements

The record of an examination, any property, record, report or document produced, or any statement recorded by the Authority under this Act shall, notwithstanding any written law or rule of law to the contrary, be admissible as evidence in any proceedings in any court for, or in relation to, an offence or any other matter under this

“property” means— (a) assets of every kind, whether corporeal or incorporeal, moveable or immoveable, tangible or intangible, however acquired; and (b) legal documents or instruments in any form evidencing title to or interest in the assets referred to in paragraph (a), including bank cheques, money orders, shares, securities, bonds, drafts and letters of credit.
