Where any evidence is obtained by the Authority in any
Authority
“Authority” means the Labuan Financial Services Authority established under section 3;
Malaysian embassy, such evidence shall be admissible for any legal proceedings in Malaysia and such evidence shall be deemed to be obtained in Malaysia, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law.
For the purposes of this section, “Malaysian embassy” means such embassy established by the Malaysian Government in any foreign state.
