Section 15
(1)
Upon the registration of a Labuan foundation, the Authority shall issue a certificate in respect of the registration and such certificate shall be signed by the Authority or any of its authorized officers and sealed with the seal of the Authority.
(2)
The certificate of registration issued under subsection (1) shall be conclusive evidence that the Labuan foundation is registered by the name specified in the certificate with the Authority.
