Section 17
(1)
If any change is made or occurs in any of the particulars registered in respect of a Labuan foundation, the secretary of such
Labuan foundation shall within thirty days after the change, or such further period as the Authority may on application allow, file with the Authority a notice signed by an officer of the Labuan foundation, specifying the nature of the change.
(2)
If a Labuan foundation fails to comply with subsection (1), the Labuan foundation, the secretary and every officer who is in default shall be liable to an administrative penalty.
