Section 22
(1)
Where the name of a Labuan foundation has been struck off the register under section 20, the Labuan foundation may, within three years immediately following the date of the striking off, apply to the Authority to have the name of the Labuan foundation restored to the register.
(2)
Upon payment to the Authority of the prescribed fees including any other prescribed fees due and payable, the Authority may restore the name of the Labuan foundation to the register.
(3)
Upon restoration of the name of the Labuan foundation to the register under subsection (2), the name of the Labuan foundation shall be deemed never to have been struck off the register.
