Section 14
(1)
An application for the registration of a Labuan foundation shall be made by the secretary of the Labuan foundation to the
Authority in the form to be made available by the Authority, and accompanied by the prescribed fee and the documents specified in the Fourth Schedule.

(2)
The secretary shall, prior to the application made in subsection (1), conduct reasonable enquiries to verify the information disclosed in the application.
(3)
The secretary may furnish such other particulars as the secretary shall in his absolute discretion wish to include in the application.
(4)
The Authority may request for further particulars to be furnished by the Labuan foundation applying for registration.
