Section 19
(1)
The change of name of a Labuan foundation shall not affect the identity of the Labuan foundation or any rights or obligations of the Labuan foundation or render defective any proceedings by or against the Labuan foundation.

(2)
Any proceedings, whether civil or criminal, pending or existing by or against the Labuan foundation under its former name may be continued or instituted by or against the Labuan foundation by the new name of the Labuan foundation.
