(1)
Any claim for compensation shall be made by serving upon the Director a notice in writing stating the grounds of claim and the amount claimed.
(2)
No claim for compensation shall be entertained, except with the consent of the Minister, unless the claim is made within six months of the date of the deposit of the survey plan under section 234(3).
