Section 247

No personal liability shall attach to the Permanent

Secretary to the Ministry for Resource Planning, the Director, or any member of the State Planning Authority in respect of anything done or suffered in good faith under this Code, and any sums of money, damages or costs which may be recovered against the Permanent

Secretary to the Ministry for Resource Planning or the Director or the

State Planning Authority for anything done or suffered as aforesaid shall be paid out of the State Consolidated Fund.
