Section 239

—

(1)

Any person authorized in that behalf in writing by the

Director may, on the production of such written authority, enter at all reasonable hours upon any land or building and there make such inspection, examination, investigation or survey as may be necessary for enforcing or carrying out the provisions of this Part.

(2)

Every person who wilfully obstructs or interferes with any person in the lawful exercise of any power conferred by this section shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of two thousand ringgit.
