Restrictions inconsistent with approved plan
(2)
When the purposes for which any land may be used are restricted by conditions attached to the title thereto, and such restriction is inconsistent with any condition or requirement imposed by the State Planning Authority under this Part, the conditions attached to the title shall be deemed to have been modified or suspended accordingly.
