Section 151
(1)
A railway official in charge of a railway station who omits to give such notice of an accident as is required by paragraph 145(1)(a)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(2)
A licensed operator who fails to give notice of an accident as is required by paragraph 145(1)(b) shall pay to the Director General of
Land Public Transport a sum of one thousand ringgit for every day during which the default continues.
