Section 154
Inquiries by Director General of Land Public Transport
of Land Public Transport Act 2010
The Director General of Land Public Transport shall, in response to a direction by the Minister, hold an inquiry on any matter of a general nature which relates to the administration of this Act, other than an inquiry under section 146 or 147.
(2)
The Director General of Land Public Transport may hold an inquiry on any matter, other than an inquiry under section 146 or 147—
(a)
in response to a written request from a person; or
(b)
on its own initiative,

only if it is satisfied that the matter is of significant interest to either the public or to the current or prospective licensed operators under this
Act.
