Section 15

(1)
Any land surveyor whose name has been removed from the Register under section 14(1), or whose licence has expired without renewal under section 12(3), shall within fourteen days after receipt of written notification from the Registrar return the licence to the Registrar.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both.
