Power to refuse registration

(a)
the registration of the limited liability partnership would be contrary to the national security or interest; or
(b)
the proposed business is likely to be used for—
(i)
a charitable purpose;
(ii)
an unlawful purpose; or
(iii)
purposes prejudicial to public peace, welfare or good order or morality in Malaysia.
(2)
Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Registrar under subsection (1) may, within thirty days of the date of the decision, appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
