Section 43

In any part of the area of an Authority not within an urban area the Minister may declare that any road, track, bridge, ferry or culvert on or to be constructed therein shall be under the control of the Authority and upon such declaration being made the Authority may make, alter, divert or maintain any such road, track, bridge, ferry or culvert:

Provided that this section shall not apply to any road, track, bridge, ferry or culvert or alienated land.
