Section 53

Every Authority shall set up a Fund to be known as the City Council Fund, the

Municipal Council Fund, the Town Fund or the District Council Fund preceded by the name of the Municipality, the Town or the District as the case may be (hereinafter referred to in this

Ordinance as “the Fund”) into which shall be paid all revenue and other moneys accruing to the Authority and from which shall be paid all expenditure properly and lawfully incurred by such Authority.
