Section 101

Any person knowingly making any false statement in any written statement required to be made under the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable, unless any other punishment is provided in this Ordinance, to a fine of five hundred ringgit and to imprisonment for a term of three months.
