(1)
Every Instrument shall be signed by the Clerk to the Cabinet. One signed copy shall be retained by the Minister and one signed copy by the Authority concerned.
(2)
Every Instrument shall be read and construed as one with this Ordinance and shall be of the same force and effect as if it were enacted in this Ordinance:
Provided that in the event of any conflict between the provisions of any Instrument and the provisions of this Ordinance, the provisions of this Ordinance shall prevail.
Throughout this Ordinance, “Minister” has been substituted for “Secretary” by virtue of G.N.S. 154 of 1963.

(3)
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance the provisions of the Interpretation
Ordinance† [Cap. 63.] applicable to subsidiary legislation shall apply to Instruments made under this Ordinance.
