Section 52A
(1)
By-laws made by an Authority under this Ordinance may provide for the compounding of offences by collecting from a person reasonably suspected of having committed an offence a sum not exceeding five thousand ringgit and for matters incidental thereto.
(2)
On payment of such sum of money, no further proceedings shall be taken against the person in respect of the offence.
