Section 71

Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance or any Instrument no immovable property whether acquired by an Authority by transfer from the Government under section 70 or by purchase out of the District Council, Town, Municipal Council or City Council Fund shall be sold, leased or otherwise alienated without the prior approval of the Minister.
