⎯(1)
The Majlis shall ensure that all mosques in the State are kept in a proper state of repair and that the compounds thereof are maintained in a proper state of cleanliness.
(2)
The Majlis may raise and apply, or authorize the raising and application of, special funds for the purpose of such repairs and maintenance, or may defray the cost of such repairs and maintenance from the Baitulmal.
