⎯(1)
The appointment of a pegawai masjid may be terminated with a notice from the Majlis.
(2)
It shall be the duty of the Secretary to bring to the notice of the Majlis any disgraceful conduct on the part of any pegawai masjid whether in relation to his duties as such or otherwise and to make any reasonable recommendations.
