Section 85

Subject to this Ordinance, every power, right, authority, privilege, duty, liability or obligations which immediately before the appointed date were vested in or charged on the former Majlis shall, as from that date, vest in and be charged on the Majlis established under this Ordinance, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance.
