Section 87

Subject to this Ordinance, all deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the appointed date and affecting any of the property transferred under section 86 shall be of full force and effect against or in favour of the

Majlis and enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the former Majlis, or any person acting on behalf of the former Majlis, the

Majlis established under this Ordinance had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
