Section 44
Upon renewal of a prospecting licence or exploration licence, as the case may be, the Minister –
(a)
may impose such terms and conditions as he deems fit, taking into account any area relinquished before or at the time of the renewal; and
(b)
shall endorse on the licence the particulars of such renewal.
