Section 47
(1)
A prospecting licence may be transferable –
(a)
if such licence has been granted a hard rock extension under section 45, or
(b)
upon the death, dissolution or other legal disability of the holder of the licence.
(2)
An exploration licence may be transferable.
(3)
An application for the transfer of a prospecting licence or an exploration licence shall be made in such manner as provided under section 19.
