Penalty for failure to submit notice

Section 131

Any person who fails to submit any notice under section 34, 56 or 65 shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
