Section 141

Penalty for failure to comply with lawful order or direction

Any person who fails to comply with any lawful order or direction issued or given by any authorized officer in the executions of his functions under this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
