Revocation of water permit

Section 87
—
(1)
The State Water Authority may revoke a water permit if it is satisfied that the holder of the permit—
(a)
has breached any of the terms and conditions specified in the permit; or
(b)
has contravened any of the provisions of this
Ordinance or the Water Ordinance, 1994 [Cap. 13].
(2)
The decision of the State Water Authority under subsection
(1)
shall be final.
