Record of water licence on titles affected

Section 91
Where any alienated land is affected by a water licence issued under this Part, the Registrar having custody of the register wherein the title to the land is recorded shall, on being notified of the issuance of such licence by the State Water Authority—
(a)
before the delivery of such licence by the State Water
Authority—
(i)
make in the register an entry of the grant of the licence, and the period thereof; and
(ii)
certify on the licence that such entry has been made; and
(b)
on revocation of the licence, make in the register an entry of such revocation.
