Section 107

Whoever, in purported exercise of the powers under this Act, vexatiously and unnecessarily seizes or detains any forest produce, conveyance, books, documents or other things shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding

*fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding

**five years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
