Section 103
(1)

The Director may prosecute any offence, or institute any action, suit or other proceeding relating to any matter, under this Act.

(2)

In any prosecution, action, suit or other proceeding to which this section applies, the Director may appear personally, or may be represented by any Federal Counsel, State Legal Adviser, advocate and solicitor or forest officer.
