Section 13
(1)
Whenever any land is excised from a permanent reserved forest, the State Authority shall cause to be published in the Gazette a notification—
(a)
specifying the situation and extent of such land; and

(b)
declaring that such land shall cease to be a permanent reserved forest from a date fixed by the notification.
(2)
From the date so fixed, such land shall cease to be a permanent reserved forest.
