Renewal of licences

Section 22
(1)
Licences may, subject to any contrary direction by the
State Authority and to any rules, be renewed on behalf of the State
Authority by the Director.
(2)
Every application for the renewal of a licence shall be submitted to the Director not later than thirty days before the expiry thereof.
(3)
If the Director approves the application, he may renew the licence for a term not exceeding six months, and in so renewing may vary, delete or add to the provisions contained therein.
