Section 77
(1)
The Director or the forest officer authorized by him under subsection 76(2) shall give public notice of timber collected under section 76 by publishing a notice informing of the timber collected at the public notice board of the State Forest Office, District Forest
Office and District Land Office.
(2)
Such notice shall require any person claiming the timber to make his claim to the Director within fourteen days of the date of the notice.
