Section 37
The proviso to subsection 211(1) of the Code is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (iii), by inserting after the comma the word
“or”;
(b)
in paragraph (iv), by substituting for the words “, or” a full stop; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph (v).
