Section 42
The Code is amended by inserting after section 292 the following section:
“Lodgment of instrument in electronic form 292a. (1) The Minister may, with the approval of the
National Land Council by order published in the Gazette of the Federation, make such modification relating to any provision of this Act to facilitate lodgement of any such instrument in electronic form.
(2)
In this section, “modifications” includes amendments, additions, deletions, substitutions, adaptations, and non-application of any provision.”.
