Section 43
Paragraph 294(3)(b) of the Code is amended by substituting for the words “by section 47 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 shall be accompanied by the certificate required by paragraph (3)(c)
of that section” the words “under the Strata Titles Act 1985 shall be accompanied by the relevant document required under the appropriate provision of that Act”.
