Section 12
Claim
of National Parks and Nature Reserves Ordinance, 1998

(1)
A claim in respect of any right or privilege in or over the land to be constituted as a national park or a nature reserve must

be made in writing and in such form as may be prescribed by the
Controller.
(2)
A claim to such right or privilege may be submitted to the
Chief Park Warden by a Headman on behalf of any person claiming such right or privilege.
(3)
Any person who fails to submit a claim to any right or privilege in or over the land to be constituted a national park or a nature reserve within the period stipulated in the notification, shall be deemed to have abandoned or waived such right or privilege and shall not be entitled to exercise the same after constitution of the national park or the nature reserve.
