Section 22
—
(1)
The inclusion of any alienated land in a national park or a nature reserve shall be deemed to be a public purpose within the meaning of section 46 of the Land Code [Cap. 81 (1958 Ed.)].
(2)
Where alienated land has been acquired for the purposes specified in subsection (1), the Minister may include the land so acquired in the notification made under section 19.
