Section 14

(1)
The Chief Park Warden shall, upon conclusion of the inquiry, furnish a report thereof to the Controller.
(2)
The report shall contain the notes of proceedings and evidence recorded at the inquiry together with such findings

and recommendations as the Chief Park Warden may deem it fit or proper to make.
