Section 19
Notification
of National Parks and Nature Reserves Ordinance, 1998

(1)
At any time after the Controller has made a decision on the compensation for extinguishment of rights or privileges under section 16, the Minister may, with the approval of the Majlis
Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri, publish in the Gazette, a notification to constitute the area specified in the notification referred to in section 10, a national park or a nature reserve.
(2)
Such notification shall—
(a)
state the name of the national park or the nature reserve;
(b)
specify the limit of the national park or the nature reserve;

(c)
state the date on which the notification shall take effect;
(d)
declare whether all rights or privileges in the national park or the nature reserve have been extinguished; and
(e)
stipulate the special conditions, if any, governing the reservation thereof.
