Demand for use of resources

Section 31
(1)
If it appears to the Director of Operations or any person authorized by the Director of Operations that any resources is required in preserving national security in the security area, the Director of
Operations or any person authorized by the Director of Operations may

demand that such resources be utilized for such purpose.
(2)
Compensation shall be paid to the person whose resources are demanded under this section.
(3)
For the purposes of this section, “resources” includes utilities and assets.
