Section 3

of Native Courts Ordinance, 1992 ( Ord. No. 9/92 )

Section 3

There shall be the following Native Courts of original jurisdiction⎯

(a)

the District Native Court;

(b)

the Chief’s Superior Court;

(c)

the Chief’s Court;

(d)

the Headman’s Court.
